Theme: Leadership Conference 2027: Leading in a Changing Landscape Building on the success of our 2026 conference, this year's event has been shaped directly by feedback from across the Inspiring Leaders partnership. A clear pattern emerged: while leaders remain deeply committed to inclusion, equity and belonging, there is a growing need to broaden the lens. Leadership Conference 2027 will focus on leading within complexity - providing practical, strategic insight for leaders navigating rapidly changing educational and societal conditions. The programme recognises the realities leaders are working within every day: financial pressures, rising SEND demand, workforce sustainability, growing accountability, and the pace of technological and societal change. The conference will bring together a carefully curated mix of high-quality practitioner voices, system and policy experts, researchers, and external speakers - ensuring a rich, diverse, and genuinely forward-thinking experience.
