The Operations Leaders Programme brings together leaders working across HR, Finance, IT, Data, Governance, Marketing and Estates from across the partnership to connect, share expertise and develop their practice. Throughout the year, the programme offers a range of professional development opportunities, including conferences, focused CPD sessions and peer collaboration. From navigating the operational challenges that come with working in a growing trust, to sharing what's working across central functions, the programme is designed to support leaders in doing their best work for the schools and communities they serve.
