Operations Leaders Connect Day

The Operations Leaders Connect Day brings together leaders working across HR, Finance, IT, Data, Governance, Marketing and Estates from across the partnership to focus on what matters most in their central functions - from managing the operational demands of a growing trust to finding smarter ways of working across schools.

The morning is shared by everyone. It opens with network updates and news from across the partnership before moving into a keynote from an expert voice, giving colleagues something to think about, respond to and discuss. This is followed by a practitioner-led session that roots the ideas in real experience from a trust context.

In the afternoon, colleagues move into their central function groups for two hours of focused time together. The first hour covers operational matters and updates from across the MATs; the second returns to the morning's themes and explores what they mean for practice within each function. The day closes with a short plenary to draw threads together and look ahead to the next gathering.
