In our second annual session, we will build on last year’s rich discussions of strategies, templates, and shared risks.
In particular, we’ll focus on identifying and correlating the top five risks facing each Trust and explore mitigation strategies.
We encourage all participants—COOs, CFOs, and other senior leaders—to bring their current risk registers ready to share - and remind you that this is a confidential session.
This session aims not only to improve how we present risk but also to create forward-thinking solutions, both individually and collectively.
