Session 1 - Leading Yourself and Others

This opening session focuses on self-leadership as the foundation for effectively leading others. You will explore the principles of self-leadership and emotional intelligence, developing greater confidence in decision-making, communication and professional influence. The session will also address practical approaches to time management and prioritisation, supporting you to manage competing demands with clarity and purpose.

Through reflection and practical tools, including the Eisenhower Matrix, you will consider your own leadership style and leave equipped with strategies to strengthen personal leadership and positively influence teams.
