Our first online HR Community session will take place on Tuesday 12th November from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. on Microsoft Teams. 

One of the key topics for discussion will be UPS pay progression—an issue currently facing many HR leaders—as we explore how schools and multi-academy trusts are managing the shift towards annual progression on the Upper Pay Scale. 

In addition, we’re always keen to ensure this space reflects the real-world challenges and priorities of HR professionals across our partnership.
