Professional Development Leads PLLC - Walking Coaching Session through Bradgate Park

Following the discussion at our last session, this session will take a slightly different format from our usual meetings. We will be trialling a walking coaching session, designed to create space for structured professional dialogue in pairs and small groups while making use of the outdoor environment at Bradgate Park. 

During the afternoon, colleagues will take part in a series of 30–40 minute peer coaching conversations, rotating between partners to explore current leadership questions, challenges and priorities relating to professional development in their own context.

 The aim of the session is to combine high-quality peer support, reflective coaching dialogue and time to think strategically, while continuing the open professional conversations that have characterised this year’s network meetings.
