Dear all,

Based on responses from my email last week I have take the decision to move this meeting online. You will find the teams link for the meeting below.

This session will be slightly different in tone and focus.

Rather than introducing new content, we will:

• Revisit the original aims of the partnership

• Review our collective and individual MAT progress

• Reassess procurement maturity since our starting point

• Create space for open dialogue about challenges, intelligence and successes

The purpose is simple:
To ensure this partnership continues to be relevant, impactful and genuinely useful to you and your Trust.

This will be an open and constructive conversation — your honest reflections will help shape the remainder of this year’s programme and our plans for 2026/27.

I would encourage each MAT to come prepared to share:

• One area of procurement progress

• One area where you are still encountering challenge

• Any emerging issues worth sharing
