  • Mastering the Narrative: Parental Engagement

    This session we'll be joined by Zack Grimes from MarCommEd, to explore how strategic, ethical and insight-driven communications can directly support whole-school improvement priorities.

    You will gain a deeper understanding of parent sentiment through Parentkind insights, identify common communication barriers that impact attendance and engagement and explore the shift from one-way messaging to a more effective two-way engagement model. The session will also support you in designing a simple, actionable communications campaign that contributes meaningfully to school improvement.

    This session will also feature central updates from Inspiring Leaders and we will begin to shape the future direction of our PLLC, sharing initial ideas for how the community can evolve to continue to add value to the wide breadth of experience we have in our group.
