Session Overview 

Following a strong start to our new COO community in October, where we explored the breadth of COO responsibilities, Trust strategic priorities, and national trends, our next session will focus on: 

Due Diligence and Onboarding 

• What does effective due diligence look like in practice? 

• How do Trusts integrate new schools operationally and culturally? 

• What can we learn from each other to improve processes and reduce risk? 

This topic emerged as a top priority in our last session, with many colleagues involved in live or recent growth projects. 

Please bring with you: 

• Any relevant due diligence documentation, tools or templates 

• Notes on your onboarding approach and lessons learned 

• Your questions or challenges for discussion with peers 

Whether you're mid-way through a merger/sponsorship/academy conversion or simply preparing for future growth, this session will be highly relevant and grounded in lived experience from across the partnership.
