ICT Directors Network – January Strategy Session 

Join us for the next session of the ICT Directors Network, bringing together trust-wide digital leaders for collaboration, challenge, and strategic thinking. 

This session will follow our usual structure, with: 

Power Hour 
A live discussion of operational priorities, shared challenges, and current initiatives across our MATs — including licensing, risk, infrastructure, and workforce updates. 

Strategic Inquiry: Changing Mindsets 
We’ll continue developing our year-long strategic project: 
Digital Futures in MATs – Changing Mindsets 

This work will produce a high-impact report and CEO-level briefing, reframing how trust leaders understand digital strategy through three key lenses: 

• Cyber Safety – Digital risk as a safeguarding priority 
  Led by: Adam White & Michael Binns 

• Corporate Risk – Infrastructure, continuity, and leadership accountability 
  Led by: Matthew Taylor & Nathan Bingham 

• AI Outlook – Readiness, risk, and opportunity in an AI-enabled education system 
  Lead(s): To be confirmed – expressions of interest welcomed 

You'll have the opportunity to join one of the three chapter working groups, contribute to live discussion, and help shape the report content for launch in June 2025.

• Any relevant examples, reports, or internal documents 

• Research or insight from within or beyond your MAT 

• A device (laptop or tablet) 

• A collaborative mindset — we’re building this together
