Estates Directors PLLC - Session 2

We are delighted to invite you to the next meeting of the Estates Directors Network, an open and collaborative space for estates and operations leaders across Multi-Academy Trusts to work together on shared challenges, strategic development, and sector-wide improvement. 

This session will build on our previous work and is ideal for both returning and new participants. Whether you're part of our CPD design groups or joining us for the first time, this is an opportunity to contribute to shaping a nationally informed, regionally led approach to estates leadership and development. 

What to Expect 

• National update from the DfE's Estates Strategy Group – key insights for MATs 

• Progress from our three CPD working groups: induction design, CPD partnerships, and aspirant leaders development 

• Peer collaboration time – space to connect, reflect on common challenges, and build shared solutions 

Who Should Attend 

This session is open to: 

• Estates Directors and Managers in MATs 

• Anyone involved in estates strategy, development, or professional learning 

•  You do not need to have attended previous sessions to take part — all trusts are welcome to join the conversation, contribute to the work, and benefit from the network.
