Session Detail:
This online session will provide a focused opportunity for CFOs to reconnect, share progress, and explore practical responses to current challenges during what is a particularly busy time of year.
We will begin by concluding our recent work on Primary Curriculum-Led Financial Planning (CLFP), reflecting on key learning and next steps for those trusts continuing to develop or refine their approaches.
The main focus of the session will then turn to supply staffing models. With agency spend and absence management becoming increasingly significant pressures across the sector, we’ll use this time to explore the varied ways trusts are managing cover – including use of managed service providers (MSPs), internal bank staff, and alternative deployment strategies.
The session will also include space for discussion, sharing, and identifying areas for future joint work.
