Join us for the first session of the year in our Professional Development Leaders Community — a collaborative space for colleagues leading CPD and staff development across schools and trusts. These sessions are designed to help you connect with peers, explore shared challenges, and surface practical solutions to complex questions around professional learning and improvement. 

In this session, we’ll focus on how MATs are build effective collaboration across schools and subject teams, share and scale practice, and develop a strong CPD culture across diverse contexts.

Through live case studies and structured peer discussion, we’ll explore: 

• What does high-impact collaboration look like across roles and trusts? 

• How do we lead and influence change in organisations under pressure? 

• How can we better support professional learning for non-teaching staff? 

• And how can we respond strategically to the changing national landscape (e.g. Ofsted, NPQ reform)? 

Whether you're looking to refine your current approach or gain insight into how others are navigating similar challenges, this is a space to learn, share, and explore together.
