Finance Leads PLLC - Session 1

This term’s focus is one of strategic importance across our partnership: building an aligned and practical approach to Integrated Curriculum and Financial Planning (ICFP) in the primary phase. 

During the session: 

• - We'll hear practitioner inputs from several trusts who will share their primary ICFP models and challenges. 

• - We’ll be joined by Warren Porter from IMP, who will present how their software supports curriculum-led planning in MATs. 

• - We’ll work together to identify the gaps, opportunities and shared needs in our ICFP practice, with the intention of forming focused working groups to move this work forward. 

We’ll also receive a short update from our Sustainability Strategy working group, share plans for 2025–26 benchmarking, and open a conversation on the upcoming LGPS valuations, exploring whether a collective approach might benefit our trusts.
