The Leaders’ Learning Exchange is a dynamic new opportunity for school leaders to connect meaningfully beyond their own settings. In recent years, peer working between headteachers in different educational institutions has diminished – this programme is designed to change that.

Through working in structured triads, hosting reciprocal visits, and coaching-led reflection, the Exchange creates a space for innovation, professional challenge, and mutual support.
