Following on from our recent CEO & Education Director Conference, we are pleased to confirm the details of our partnership study visit to Lift Schools in London.
As discussed during the conference, please note that this visit will now take place on 4th June (not 5th June as originally scheduled).
Focus of the Visit
Following discussions with Jo Thurston, Education Director at Lift Schools, we have agreed that the day will focus on three key areas of trust strategy and practice, with structured opportunities for professional reflection and discussion after each session:
9.30am - Arrival, Registration & Coffee
9.45am - Welcome and Trust Overview with Becks Boomer-Clark, CEO, & Ele Lewis, Director of Strategy - The evolution of Lift Schools, its strategic priorities, and the leadership principles underpinning trust-wide improvement.
11.00am - Networking Discussion - opportunity for attendees to connect and refresh
12.00pm - Working Lunch
12.30pm - Digital Strategy at Scale with James Browning, Chief Operating Officer - How Lift Schools has developed and implemented a coherent digital strategy across a large and geographically dispersed trust.
13.30pm - Networking Discussion - opportunity for attendees to connect and refresh
14.00pm - School Improvement Strategy and 490 with Jo Thurston, Education Director - Lift Schools’ approach to delivering strong outcomes for pupils through trust-wide improvement infrastructure and leadership alignment.
Travel Arrangements
Delegates will be asked to make their own travel arrangements to London and meet us directly at the venue.
